The Diamond Snap Form System incorporating Diamond Snap Tie and Perform Guard Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), is an efficient, cost effective insulated concrete forming system.   For use either above or below grade in any type of construction, the system combines the insulating effectiveness of EPS with the structural integrity of concrete resulting in a strong monolithic design.

R-20 Wall

The Diamond Snap-Form System uses 12" x 96" panels of Perform Guard EPS connected by a Diamond Snap-Tie every 12 inches, both horizontally and vertically.  The Diamond Snap Form System creates a cavity for the concrete with two faces of 2" Perform Guard EPS to achieve a nominal R-Value of 20 for the wall system. 

The Diamond Snap-Form System remains in place after the concrete is poured, serving as a wall, insulation, and facing material.   Floor and roof assemblies are connected to the wall as with any poured concrete wall.

Factory Corners

The Diamond Snap-Form System utilizes an industry-leading, "pre-formed factory cut" corner.  This allows for exact placement of the Diamond Snap-Ties and begins the form building process for maximum installation speed.  90° and 45° corners can be provided as standard.
